Overview of Services Offered
Marisa Smith is a Certified EOS® Implementer, speaker and entrepreneur who is passionate
about helping entrepreneurs and leadership teams get better at three things:
• Vision—getting everyone in the organization 100% on the same page with where they’re going, and how they plan to get there
• Traction®—instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes on that vision—every day
• Healthy—helping leaders become a more cohesive, functional, healthy leadership team
As a teacher, coach and facilitator, Marisa uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System® process and tools to help business leaders learn to strengthen the Six Key Components™ of their businesses – Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction.
I’ve always been obsessed with business – while other little girls played with Barbies, I was in my parents’ basement running imaginary companies, spending all of my allowance on office supplies.
In 2002, I started my grown-up entrepreneurial career as an independent software developer. I eventually grew the company into a full-service inbound marketing agency with clients around the world. Ten years into my journey, I had built a lot of character, but felt like my company had “hit the ceiling,” and would never evolve into the business I envisioned when I started out.
I began implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) in my firm, and quickly began to feel relief from the frustrations that had been plaguing me for years. As I watched my team and company transform, I began speaking to clients and colleagues about EOS, and quickly developed a passion for helping other entrepreneurs implement the process and tools in their own companies.
I launched my EOS Implementer Practice in 2016 and now spend all of my time helping other entrepreneurs get what they want from their own businesses.
